TURN AROUND TIMES
Our typical turnaround time for projects that we produce in house is 7-10 business days depending on our schedule. Turnaround time begins when you have paid in full and your artwork has been approved. During summer months, the turnaround time can increase to a minimum of 10-15 business days. On promotional items, turnaround times can vary between products.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order for screen printed t-shirts is 24 pieces (retail), keep in mind the more you order the lower the price.
If you need less than 24 items printed with the same design, we can offer another decoration method called DTF – Direct to Film. The minimum order for Direct to Film is 12 items of the same design.
Most embroidery items do not have a minimum order, but we like to sew in bulk rather than just a few here and there. You can bring in your own garments, or you can order polos, caps, jackets, duffle bags, etc. through Printed T-shirts & More.
We have a sample library of products in store if you’d like to stop by and check out various materials and options. We are also a Richardson dealer for those that have a favorite style cap, come by and check out our selection!
SUBMITTING ARTWORK
We accept most file types – .jpg, .psd, .eps, .ai, .pdf. To ensure a quality print we suggest submitting a high resolution file. (We prefer vector art in the format of .AI or Adobe Illustrator.) Files can be submitted via email, or at the top of our website there is an "Upload Artwork" tab.
If you can’t supply a high resolution file our staff can create one for you, but be aware there may be a minimum charge of $25 and up to create or clean up a logo. If you need sponsorship designs with multiple logos included, art fees can be upwards of $150-200. When collecting artwork for sponsorship projects, be sure to request individual .AI (vector) art files from the sponsors to avoid high art fees.
