Stephanie – General Manager & Owner

As the founder of Printed T-Shirts & More, Stephanie has been leading the business for 22 years. She oversees all projects, encourages employees to take pride in their work, and ensures the highest quality products for customers. While her role has evolved over the years, she still stays hands-on—preparing vector art, operating the DTF printer, producing leather patches, and managing the company’s finances. Above all, she finds the greatest joy in seeing employees grow and customers return with more business.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys camping, crocheting, and embracing life’s simple moments. She lives by The Golden Rule—“Do unto others as you would have them do to you”—and values honesty and integrity in everything she does. A fun fact? She once broke her elbow walking backward as a child! Whether tackling a full workday or winding down with her favorite book, The Bible, Stephanie is always focused on growth, leadership, and making a positive impact.

Brooke – Project Manager & Marketing Specialist

As Project Manager and Marketing Specialist at Printed T-Shirts & More, Brooke is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring every project is well thought out from beginning to end. From handling quotes and customer relations to overseeing artwork approvals and managing a production schedule with 50+ projects at a time, she keeps the workflow organized and efficient. Growing up in the family business, she’s been part of PTM since she was 11 and officially joined as an employee in 2016. She takes pride in unifying the community through custom apparel and ensuring every customer receives high-quality products.

Always on the go, Brooke loves traveling with her husband and daughter, whether by plane or cruise ship, and enjoys organizing, decorating, and exploring craft shows. With a background in Interior Design from the University of Alabama, she brings a creative eye to everything she does. A fun fact? She once developed a blood clot in college but didn’t let it slow her down—just like her approach to life with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her motto? “Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful.”

When it comes to productivity, Brooke swears by her trusty to-do list and instrumental music to stay focused. If she had a superpower, she’d choose mind reading—an invaluable skill for both work and life! In her downtime, you’ll find her watching The Blacklist or listening to a mix of country, jazz, and dubstep. Among her favorite destinations? Positano, Italy, and Santorini, Greece—places she dreams of revisiting one day.

Elaine – Office Assistant

Elaine is the friendly face behind the scenes at Printed T-Shirts & More, helping keep the office organized and maintained. She answers phones, tackles emails, assists with deliveries, and supports sales at The Trading Post. Though she’s only been with the team for a short time, she loves the people and enjoys organizing files, creating documents, and solving problems.

Outside of work, Elaine enjoys sewing and spending quality time with her family. A self-proclaimed open book, she lives by the motto, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” If she could have any superpower, she’d move at the speed of light to keep up with all the hats she wears. She finds motivation in crossing tasks off her to-do list. When she’s not working, you might find her reading The Wife Upstairs, reminiscing about her trip to Normandy, or tuning in to the latest Chicago series episode.

Erin – Receiving & Production Specialist

As a key part of the Production Team, Erin keeps things running smoothly at Printed T-Shirts & More. She checks in daily product shipments, sorts online store orders, heat-presses DTF projects, and jumps in wherever she’s needed. With a year and a half on the team, she loves seeing the finished products she’s worked on being worn around the community. No two days are the same, but she’s always prepping materials for embroidery, DTF, or screen printing to keep production moving efficiently.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter—especially when cheering on her husband while he fishes. A history enthusiast, she’s particularly fascinated by WWII and the Vietnam War. She lives by 1 Corinthians 10:31, believing in doing everything with excellence. If she could have any superpower, she’d choose flying—anything to avoid traffic! Whether she’s reading The Women by Kristin Hannah, rewatching The Sopranos, or listening to classic 60s and 70s rock.

Hailey – Production Specialist

Hailey is a versatile member of the Production Team at Printed T-Shirts & More, jumping into a little bit of everything. From sorting online store orders to assisting with DTF production and even handling social media and marketing, she helps bring customer visions to life. Although she’s only been with PTM since early 2025, she already loves seeing the creative process unfold and watching custom products take shape.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys shopping and spending time with her best friend. She’s also no stranger to overcoming obstacles—having broken 15 bones! If she could have any superpower, she’d choose time control to slow down, speed up, or freeze moments to make memories last longer. Her go-to motto? “Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, then it’s not the end.” Whether reminiscing about her trip to Tortola, rewatching Vampire Diaries, or enjoying a Disney classic, Hailey brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Michaela – Embroiderer

Michaela is the talent behind the Embroidery Department at Printed T-Shirts & More. With nearly five years of experience, she handles everything from stitching custom monograms to creating intricate embroidery designs. She carefully preps materials, selects thread colors, and ensures every piece meets the highest quality standards. Michaela also plays a creative role in designing original artwork for embroidery and t-shirt projects, bringing unique ideas to life with precision and artistry. Whether working on a large batch order or a one-of-a-kind design, she takes pride in her craftsmanship and enjoys seeing her work worn by customers.

Outside of work, Michaela is a passionate crafter who loves crochet, drawing, reading, and playing video games—especially D&D with friends. She has a soft spot for frogs and lives by the motto, “We are all stardust and stories.” If she could have any superpower, she’d choose telekinesis—simply to turn off the lights from bed. While working, she stays focused by listening to books and podcasts. Whether she’s rereading The Starless Sea, rewatching Arcane, or listening to pop-punk, Michaela brings creativity and dedication to everything she does.

Elizabeth – Screen Printer

As a key member of the Screen Print Production Team, Elizabeth specializes in running the automatic press while assisting wherever needed. With two years at Printed T-Shirts & More, she finds satisfaction in seeing large orders come together—empty carts filled with fresh prints, ready for customers to pick up. Her days start early, warming up machines, prepping screens, and organizing orders to maximize productivity. She thrives on efficiency, often challenging herself to beat the clock while completing jobs.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her dog, acting, and practicing Taekwondo. A fun fact? She’s dyslexic but never lets it hold her back. She lives by the verse, “And whatever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” If she could have any superpower, she’d choose invisibility—perfect for an introvert! Whether revisiting The Lord of the Rings trilogy, listening to Christian contemporary music, or reflecting on her visit to Capernaum Studios, Elizabeth brings dedication and heart to everything she does.

Dylan – Screen Printer

With four years at Printed T-Shirts & More, Dylan plays a key role on the Screen Print Production Team. He specializes in manually printing bulky items like sweatshirts and shorts while also handling screen reclaiming, coating, and burning. He takes pride in producing high-quality products for both local businesses and customers across the country.

Dylan loves the family environment at PTM and the satisfaction of hearing from happy customers. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, hunting, fishing, cooking, and working on his truck. A fun fact? He was a 1st Team Alabama High School Football All-American Punter! If he could have any superpower, he’d choose teleportation—because he’s terrified of airplanes. He lives by John Wooden’s words: “Success is never final, failure is never fatal, and it's courage that counts.” Whether rewatching Game of Thrones or reminiscing about his trip to Lake Havasu, Dylan brings great attention to detail and skill to everything he does.

Grant – Screen Printer

Grant plays a key role on the Screen Printing Production Team, assisting with setups, printing manual projects, and ensuring every job meets high-quality standards. With about a year at Printed T-Shirts & More, he values the family-like environment and enjoys being part of a great team.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his fiancée, watching movies, and playing games. A fan of 80s music, 90s hip-hop, and film soundtracks, he also has a strong dislike for peas. If he could have any superpower, he’d control the weather—especially useful in Mobile, AL! His go-to motto is “Happiness is a choice,” and he stays productive by keeping hydrated. Whether reminiscing about Seattle or rewatching JAWS, Grant brings dedication and a positive attitude to the team.
