Online Store Capabilities

At PTM we have the ability to create a custom online store for a school, corporate business, or as a fundraiser for a special cause. Typically, these online stores are active to place orders for 2-3 weeks. When the site closes, PTM will order blank products and print or embroider them. After apparel items are produced, each order is then sorted by name, grade level, etc.

Think of the online store as an option to collect orders for a workforce of employees that work in various locations around the United States, or as a way to send a direct web link for parents to order school spirit apparel online instead of the school collecting payment.

​ORDER MINIMUMS

We require a minimum of 24 for t-shirt orders, but there is a 36 piece minimum per design when we create an online apparel store. When the online store closes and if the minimums have not been met, we ask that the customer make up the difference to get to the total of 36 pieces of the same design.

Promotional items will each have their own minimum depending on the product. Often times promotional items are not included on the pop-up online stores unless the customer orders in bulk and just requests that PTM help fulfill orders that were placed for the promotional items during the sorting/order fulfillment process for the orders from the online store.

​Online Store Flyers

Below is a sample flyer that PTM will create custom for your online store. Typically, this flyer will have instructions for how to place an order, the deadline for ordering, and a few images of the products that are listed on the site along with the prices of each item.

A QR code will be included on the flyer to make for easy ordering.
